"Am I the only one whose cloud videos..."
Am I the only one whose cloud videos just randomly disappeared? I went to check mine and they were gone, which is really frustrating. Not happy with this at all.

"Battery dies way too quickly"
I bought this from Kamihome, and I’m disappointed. The battery barely makes it through a day, so I’m constantly having to charge it. It feels frustrating because I expected it to be more reliable, and instead it just adds one more thing to worry about. For me, it’s not really worth it.

"Night vision is really disappointing"
I bought this mostly so I could keep an eye on my driveway at night, but the night vision has been pretty much useless for me.

The picture gets blurry and washed out, and if someone walks by, there’s no way I can make out their face unless they’re basically right in front of the camera. I also tried looking up fixes and got a bunch of inconsistent answers, which just made it more frustrating because nothing actually helped.
I moved the camera around, cleaned the lens, adjusted settings, and it still turns into this gray mess at night. Daytime looks fine, but nighttime was the whole reason I bought it, so I’m disappointed.

"Support didn’t really help"
I tried reaching out to support about an issue I was having, but the replies were slow and, I don’t know, it kind of felt like they weren’t all that interested in helping. Maybe they were busy, but it was still frustrating.

"Smart Home Setup Took Way Too Many Steps"
I was really hoping this would work smoothly with my smart home setup, but it was a pain. The connection kept dropping, and the app felt clunky the whole time. There were way too many steps just to get basic things connected, and every time I thought I was done, something else needed to be adjusted. It ended up being more frustrating than useful for me.

I tried to return my order it turned into a frustrating experience. It took forever to get a straight answer, and the refund kept getting delayed with no real explanation. I had to keep following up just to get anywhere. Maybe some people have better luck, but for me the whole thing was stressful enough that I wouldn’t want to deal with it again.

"Wish I’d paid more attention to the security side"
I kind of regret not looking closer at the privacy and login security before using it. It just doesn’t give me much confidence that my data is really protected, and that’s been bothering me more than I expected.

"Frustrating app and too much waiting around"
This app has been annoying to use. It keeps logging me out, the menus are all over the place, and some buttons only work after I tap them a few times. Setting it up took way longer than it should have, and I still can’t find basic settings. On top of that, I ended up waiting in a queue just to get help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Keeps dropping offline and missing stuff"
I really wanted this Kami Home camera to work out, but it’s been more frustrating than helpful. It’ll randomly go offline, miss clips, and sometimes the live view just refuses to load right when I actually need it. Restarting it fixes things for a little while, but then it goes right back to the same issues. The app keeps acting like everything is fine, so I’m kind of wondering if it’s some software or server-side problem, but who knows. Either way, I wouldn’t trust it for security.

"Firmware update was a bit of a hassle"
Not saying the camera is bad or anything, but the firmware update was kind of annoying. It took longer than I expected, and the app froze on me once, which wasn’t great. After I restarted everything, though, the camera worked fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

"Motion alerts are a mess"
I bought this mostly for the motion alerts, but they’ve been really disappointing. It misses actual people walking right past the camera, then randomly notifies me about shadows or basically nothing at all. I’ve messed with the settings a bunch and it still acts the same. Also, it’s weirdly unclear who actually owns fixing this kind of issue, the app, the camera, the service? Everyone seems to push it somewhere else. Frustrating and not reliable at all.

"Really not worth the subscription"
I don’t feel like this subscription was worth it at all. I expected more for what I paid, but the experience just didn’t deliver. I’m disappointed and would expect some kind of compensation or refund for the trouble...

"Pretty decent camera, but nothing amazing"
The camera feels okay in the hand, and the build is fine for what it is. The picture quality is average though, which is kind of what you get with cameras like this in general. They all seem to promise a lot, but most of them end up being just decent. It works, but I wouldn’t expect anything perfect.

"Warranty fix took longer than it should have"
They did end up fixing the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole warranty process took way longer than I expected. I also got the feeling that nobody really read my messages because I had to repeat myself a few times. It was just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"The alerts do work most of the time..."
The alerts do work most of the time, so I’ll give it that. But a few of them came in late, in the moment it felt like I was waiting a lifetime for something that should’ve been instant. It’s not a total disaster or anything, because overall it mostly does what it’s supposed to do, but those delayed alerts can be seriously frustrating.

"Camera didn’t hold up, and I felt brushed off"
I bought a Kami camera thinking it would be a solid option for home security, but it really didn’t last long. After just a few months, the mount cracked, and then the camera started randomly losing power for no clear reason. It feels cheaply made. What made it more frustrating was feeling like my concerns weren’t really being taken seriously. I expected better.

"Setup guide was useless"
I tried setting up my Kami camera, and the install guide just didn’t line up with what I was seeing in the app. You’d think the steps would match the actual screens, but they were all over the place. I spent about an hour messing with it before finally giving up and Googling what to do
